I have a Overton Montreal Phonograph

> Serial# H50628
>  It says Phonola Angelus, the phonola Co. of Cdn Ltd. Kitchener Cdn.

The reproducer is clearly from Phonola, but it looks like a company in Montreal produced the  Overton.
